9 Minute Webcast about How to Focus

I feel like a radio star except that:

• I am producer, director, actor, PR agent, and bottle washer.

Confession: I once wanted to be a radio DJ - I even interned at a station that played Top 40 and was called "The Crush" (in Florida, orange crush). Now you know two embarrassing ex-hobbies.
