I am so sick of being solicited for surveys.
- I stay at a hotel - they email me a survey EVERY TIME. And keep sending me reminders about the survey. The latest is from Marriott Courtyard
- I get printing done at Kinkos. I do a lot of copying. They send surveys out after every copy job, even minor ones. UUGGHH!
- Staples keeps leaving me messages on my cell phone about ordering office supplies. Stop!
Here's the thing. I am a member of Staples buying club. I signed up for Marriott rewards. I am a frequent user of Kinkos (I guess I should say FedEx). I am a regular customer and my reward is being bothered and hounded! And not to pick on these three companies too much - there are many more who do this.
Why, why, why, would a company take their best customers and decide to bother them?
I want the benefits of being a member/regular shopper, but I don't want to be punished for my loyalty.
