Powerful stuff, pace. And it's part of leading by example to set the pace, or the tempo, of your team.

A side note: music is powerful. Thanks to iPod playlists you can create lists for different purposes. Three of my favorites are for alpha-wave creativity, beta wave productivity, and my upbeat list for improving mood or energy.

Improving pace at work is a good way of managing time. Doing it easy with less energy required.

Yes - the power of the right music can't be underestimated. RyG rock - their fingers go a million miles an hour. Very mood altering, too - very go with the flow, but make it fast!
