I really enjoyed this interview Lisa - thanks. I work a lot with managers who worr that they aren't "inspirational" enough. It great to get affirmation for them that a humane, empathic approach to working with people is the foundation of creating a motivating environment.

Great news for the quiet achievers!

Megan - Glad you enjoyed it. Sometime the quiet or noncharismatic managers end up making the greatest difference because they are more reflective and often tend to be better listeners.
