(I guess that only leaves out hermits surfing the net from their wilderness cabins using a satellite connection. :-) We discuss leadership, discovering and using strengths, and employee engagement. Yeah... a lot of our workplace hapiness depends on how "engaged" we are at work...the stff that David is so passionate about :)

As for leaders ..it's surprising how people still use Leaders and Managers interchangeably !!
