I am not as well known as Marcus Buckingham or Seth Godin, and I am not ashamed to say that I feel great joy when one of my books falls below the 5,000 ranking on Amazon (low numbers are better). And today, two hit at the same time: 10 Steps of Be a Successful Manager and the Facilitator's Guide that goes with this book. The lowest ranking any of my books have gotten has been about 900.

Good for you Lisa! You changed my thinking with your chapter in More Space and last night I was having dinner with one of the participants to your event on Two Weeks to a Breakthrough -- he said you changed his life.
