Which new mantra ought to replace "do more with less?" Listen to find out.
During this 28 minute podcast, I chat with Mike Kanazawa, co-author of Big Ideas to Big Results: Remake and Recharge Your Company, Fast. We have a great conversation about the ways that leaders at all levels can better focus and drive breakthrough growth. What does all this have to do with smoking opium? You will have to listen to find out. Check out Mike's website and blog here.

This is a great podcast, I would recommend it to anyone managing people, or trying anyone trying to implement an initiative.

Lisa - I would like to thank you so much for taking this initiative of interviewing great people and publishing them on podcasts - some great ideas and perspectives unfold as we listen - which is not only stimulating but also thought provoking.
I certainly agree with Michael's idea of doing more on less versus doing more with less. Exceptional!

I am so glad you all thought the podcast was helpful and interesting. It is fun to chat with authors and experts on the phone. You never know where the conversation might go!

Excellent podcast, Lisa! I had the privilege to work with Mike and his co-author during one of the company transformations they cite in the book. They really know their stuff, and I agree with the previous comments that every manager should listen to this.
I'm about halfway through the book and will be reviewing it soon - so far, it's tremendous.

Yet again, a GREAT interview. Really love the ideas about spending time on the ideas and projects that make a difference. To manage a half step above where you ordinarily work...so helpful. Good stuff Lisa. Thanks!

It was a nice surprise to see Dwayne here as well. Glad you are enjoying the book so far.
