Hello Lisa,

I wonder if you know that your blog content also appears at www.aspiranthunt.com .. this particular post is at http://www.aspiranthunt.com/mba/news/?p=5962 .. I think they've set up a process to pile on content from specific sites.. it's happening for my blog too!

The approach used here also applies to normal day to day business life. And, it does go back to the golden rule...do unto others as you would have them do unto you. If you treat others as if they have potential to rise above where they are today, as you would like to be treated, you will be surprised at the result. Every employee you treat in this way, regardless of the situation, and I include listening to employees as they address challenging personal issues, they will be the first to lift you up, unintentionally at times, as a result of their new found enthusiasm towards their work, and towards their manager. Every employee can become to one degree or another, one of those that can rise above where they ever thought they could go.
