How about someone who holds stupid meetings? I got so tired of attending stupid meetings where the one who called the meeting and then conducted it had no real purpose for the meeting. They talked and talked and talked, it started late and ended late, there were no action items, no minutes, and the only reason the meeting was held was because there was a time slotted for it on a regular basis. If it doesn't make sense to have a meeting - then don't. And if you are going to have one, then make darn sure those who attend it feel it was worth their time.

Mike - Yes, crummy meetings is a good one. And an all too common example of a bad managerial habit.
