Well ,lot has been told about leadership and motivation in the text books and some practice may in Micro levels is going on, but not in the macro levels.
Why Ministy of Human Resource Devlopments are not working on these issues.
I am from India, if we work 5% extra time and efforts our GDP will increase by 1.5%, our current GDP is 6.5% so it makes 8%.
Well same is in the case of other countries even in deloped countries.
Why the Indian Govt or the U.S Fed is not thinking on a Macro level for HR devlopments.
