I have been thinking about this topic of whether actions add up to produce results for a while and recorded this eight minute audio post. Check it out.

Lisa, I enjoyed your audio post. It is a firm belief of mine for a manager to have focus and initiate ways to which their team can obtain that focus. The post supports this belief word for word, but what really caught my attention is how the team’s actions must add up. In the clip you said, “you need clear initiative which is designed to ADD UP to the final result." It is strange how ADD UP is often replaced with BE FOLLOWED in the work place. This is an important choice of words; showing how a manager must be a leader who can get the team to work together.
