Here is a post about a book I have on my list but have not yet gotten to: In a recent post, pal and fellow blogger/author Tanmay, over at the QAspire blog, reviews Seth Godin's latest book, "Poke the Box" which translates to taking initiative and delivering on that initiative. I love Seth Godin's answer to the question of how leaders can prepare others to poke the box:
"....don't punish failure, reward it. Reward smart initiative, even when it doesn't work."

Awesome book title, too. Seth rocks titles. Wish I had thought of that one.
