Tonight was the awards ceremony for the HCI M-Prize at the HCI Summit. And I am humbled and honored to let you know that my hack/idea won the grand prize! It was great experience and I feel lucky to have met several of my fellow M-prize semi-finalists at the ceremony. You can check out all 10 semi-finalists here.
My hack/idea is called, Start with a better question to create a better talent management system – The Talent Management Cloud. I think that great talent management systems can and should cultivate and catalyze human potential and this is one idea that might help talent management become a powerful and positive enabler. Tell me what you think!
The best part of the M-Prize contest process was the engagement and enjoyment of being fully engaged in crafting and sharing an idea. Check out the Management Exchange site and share your hacks and ideas. Dr. Gary Hamel and the Management Exchange team are dedicated to building a community of people their ideas and innovation.

Congratulations!! It's well deserved.
