"Ensure that your job increases your personal capacity."
How many of us choose our jobs and stay in our jobs with this criteria in minds? How might we turn a job that saps us of our brilliance (you know what I mean, some jobs make people dumber) into one that expands our potential and skills? Is this important enough to justify a change? I think so.
