Very thought provoking post!

Not allowing room for creativity and improvisation by team members is sure way to foster burnout and feeling stifled.

Attitude is also a key. Sometimes there is a fine line between expressing creativity and insubordination. Some people are always looking for another way to do things just for the sake of non conformity, which in itself is not productive to the team.

The article you have presented has riddled out intricate structure of Management into a simple structure. “Great management is a catalytic act”.
Some time we stick on to the man made rules than changing according to the Time and new ideas.
I hope other also understand the effectiveness of this article as well!
